SUBJECT MATTER

These general conditions of sale govern the sale of the products presented on the www.anticon.biz Website between a trader registered in France (the Company ANTICON) and a non-trader natural person (the customer).
Consequently, any order implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale that have a contractual value.
The orders can be delivered in the countries indicated in the Questions / Answers section of the www.anticon.biz Website.
Only products that are in stock can be ordered.
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual.
In the case of errors the liability of the Company ANTICON shall not be incurred in any circumstances whatsoever.

PAYMENT

Payment shall only be made online at the time of the order by credit/debit card.
To ensure secure payment the Website uses the Paypal secure payment service. Any order shall only be validated after acceptance of the transaction by Paypal.

DELIVERY

- In mainland France (including Corsica), deliveries are made by La Poste within, on an average, 7 to 10 working days (for information only).
- Outside mainland France, including Overseas Departments and Overseas Territories deliveries are made by La Poste within an average of 10 to 15 days (for information only) depending on the destination country.
In any event the maximum delivery time is 30 working days as of confirmation of the order by the Company ANTICON. If this maximum delivery time is exceeded, the customer shall only be refunded carriage costs.
The merchandise always travels at the risks of the customer who must check the condition of the merchandise when the parcel arrives. The Customer has a time limit of 48 hours to make any reservations to the carrier in the case of missing or damaged article(s).
The customer must then immediately notify the Company ANTICON by e-mail to contact@anticon.biz

CARRIAGE COSTS

Carriage costs are payable by the customer and shall be invoiced according to the rates in force.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

The customer must return the ordered products within 7 days of receipt to the following address if he wishes a refund or an exchange:

The return costs and the costs for reshipment in the case of exchange shall be payable by the customer except if the delivered product does not correspond to the initial order. In this case the Company ANTICON undertakes to exchange the product within the limit of available stocks or refund the customer as promptly as possible.
On the other hand, if the delivered product corresponds to the initial order and the customer decides to exchange or request the refund of the product, the carriage costs and any customs clearance costs shall be payable by him.

PERSONAL PARTICULARS

The customer can decide whether he wishes to be notified by e-mail of special operations on the Website.
The data collected by the Company ANTICON on its Website www.anticon.biz are for its own use. The customer can give his consent or oppose the use of the collected data for the Company ANTICON customer file and its use by third parties.
Finally, in accordance with the law of 6.01.1978, known as the Data Protection Law, the customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him at any time. This right to rectify can be exercised by sending a request by e-mail to contact@anticon.biz
The information concerning your order undergoes automatic data processing for which the Company ANTICON is responsible. In accordance with the Data Protection Law of 6 January 1978 you have the right to access, rectify and remove all your personal data at any time by sending a written request by post, providing proof of your identity, to the company

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

The parties agree that these General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Disputes fall within the competence of the Courts of Nanterre (France)
